Automated chemical mixing relies on constant and accurate flow of chemicals. In the past pumps capable of handling these chemicals required ongoing component replacement . Inflex pumps used in Spray Sava experience no wear on working surfaces and have excellent characteristics for sustained vacuum generation.
Generating 700 mls of mixed teat spray output per minute, Spray Sava is capable of mixing and generating sufficient teat spray for an 80 bail rotary milking platform.
Variable pressure output adjustable pump included to maintain pressure spray at user defined spray pattern between 30 – 45 psi Mixes teat spray at user adjustable ratios between 5 – 25% and emollient at user adjustable ratios between 0 – 20%
AUTOMATED CHEMICAL MIXING IS
NOW COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING ROTARY PLATFORMS, GIVING BIG GAINS FROM LABOUR
SAVING AND ACCURATE TEAT SPRAY MIXING
Teat spray, emollient and water are pumped automatically directly from stored containers into the Flowcoach Mixer through three individual self priming pumps.
The pumps are programmed to precisely inject exactly the right amount of water, teat spray, and emollient into a mix manifold before passing into a storage tank.
• Level Sensor controls are activated as teat spray is consumed to start/stop teat spray mixing continuously.
• Drum level monitoring alerts users to replace teat spray and emollient before drums are empty.
• Users can adjust the mix to suit changes in seasonal conditions at a moment’s notice.
